2009/2010 Centre Charity - St Giles Hospice

At the AGM this year St Giles Hospice was chosen as this years Charity.

2009/2010 Junior Charity - Leukaemia Research

We hope that everyone will support both charities this year and we can do as well as last year.

2008/2009 Centre Charity - Air Ambulance

The presentation took place at the AGM and this year we have raised £2954.30 for the Air Ambulance.

2008/2009 Junior Charity - RNLI

The Juniors voted for the RNLI as their charity for 2009

The presentation of the cheque will tae place at Barmouth Lifeboat Station on the 18th October.

At the AGM a cheque for £3965.00 was presented to the SCOLIOSIS Association(UK).

2007/2008 Junior Charity - ACORNS CHILDRENS HOSPICE

The Juniors this yea raised £1209.83 for the Acorns Children's Hospice, a local charity looking after terminally ill children, and giving their families much needed rest bite.

2006/2007 Centre Charity - Queen Elizabeth Cancer Unit

Over the last twelve months many events have been held to raise money for the Centre charity ranging from a weekend rally at Top Barn - Cowboys & Indians to the regular weekly tote.

At the AGM Sylvia handed over a cheque for £2,700 to Upper GI Blues who raise money for  The Queen Elizabeth Cancer Unit.

Thank You to all ralliers who helped the SSCC charity committee raise this fantastic amount.

2006/2007 Junior Charity

The Juniors decided this year to raise money for a new centre laptop which could be used to supplement the music equipment.

At the AGM the Juniors handed over £300 to Chairman Terry and we look forward to seeing the laptop being used to enhance the enjoyment at socials in the future!!
